Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forward.
Have someone you can call. Even the strongest of us need help sometimes and for bad panic attacks some people can find it very helpful to call a friend. Ask a couple of family members or close friends to be points of contact when your are in need. You can also carry around the number of helpline in case your chosen safety callers are busy. Try not to indulge the anxiety during the phone call, though. Talk about normal, safe topics to avoid spiraling further into your worries and draw yourself out of your thought cycles. Set a time limit on the phone call, hanging up should’t send you back into feeling panicky and alone, instead the call should be a bridge to your own strength when you when you really need it.
