Music is real food for soul, and busting out our favorite tunes is sure-fire way to improve our mood. If our minds are spinning, lets pick a playlist that is calming and upbeat. If we are having trouble selecting, there are lots of playlists online that have been specifically curated for people with anxiety, and the band Marconi Union even released “Weightless” a song specifically designed to calm and relax trouble minds. While we are listening, we don’t have to be afraid to try our mindfulness exercises or having a dance. Mindfulness and music go well together, while dancing will helps our body and mind connect, releasing tension and building those positive vibes.
